Wi-Fi(Wireless Fidelity) – is a wireless digital data transfer technology using IEEE 802.11b/g wireless channels. IEEE 802/11g standard features connection speed of up to 54 Mbit/sec, 802.11b standard - 11 Mbit/sec. These speeds enable the user to download Web-pages, check E-mail, use ICQ and any other Internet services no matter where the user is.

WiFi network is composed of access points. An access point is special receiving and transmitting radio equipment which maintains connection between user’s electronic device and the network, Golden WiFi network in particular.

Hot-spot is WiFi network deployed within certain territory (hotel, airport, café, restaurant, business center etc.).
