Rates and Service Zones

The “Vsegda” and “Inogda” rates apply in the Golden WiFi service zone.

“Vsegda” Unlimited access for active internet users. For 500 rubles a month, you are allowed unlimited traffic in the Golden WiFi network. More details

"Inogda” A convenient rate for those who rarely use the net or simply first want to evaluate the speed and quality of Golden WiFi service. Network time costs 100 rubles an hour without any limit on traffic volume. More details

Service Zones

The Golden WiFi network has two service zones.

Golden WiFi – life online. This service zone is accessible in 95 percent of the Golden WiFi network in residential and public buildings. Both the “Vsegda” and “Inogda” rates are available in the Golden WiFi zone.

Golden WiFi FREE — free access. This service zone is accessible in public spaces and hookup within the zone does not require authorization.

In some places where Golden WiFi network service zones overlap, you can choose which zone you prefer to continue working in.

When switching from one zone to another, the connection is interrupted, and you will need to be authorized again. During the second authorization, please choose whichever service zone is accessible at your given location.

Attention!

• Please note the SSID (identification code) of the network you are planning to connect to! Connection cost depends upon the SSID you choose
• The following Golden WiFi areas are temporarily not supporting roaming:
  • Le Meridien Moscow Country Club
  • St.Petersburg

In order to use Golden WiFi in these areas, you will need to create a separate account and acquire the appropriate payment card

“Vsegda” Rate Plan

For individuals1
Monthly fee: 500 rubles.
After the monthly fee has been charged, the user is granted unlimited access to the Internet for 31 days. There are no limits on traffic or speed.
Access is denied is if account balance is insufficient to cover the monthly fee at the time it is charged.
After the balance has been increased to cover the monthly fee, the account is re-activated. There is no fee for re-activating access to services.
Receipt of payment is indicated in the user’s electronic account: balance status is indicated in Personal Office, which is accessible even if access to Internet services is denied.
If an account is not re-activated within 90 days, it is deleted from the system.

“Inogda” Rate Plan

For individuals1
Price of 24-hour Internet access: 100 rubles an hour
There is no limit on traffic or speed.
Payments are good for up to 90 days from the time of registration and receipt of payment; these time periods are not cumulative. If the 90-day period expires without receipt of a new payment, then remaining funds on the balance are not refunded!
Payment can be only be made to the account of a registered user.
When adding to your account balance, keep in mind that the 90-day time period covers all of the prepayments on the electronic account. This period is calculated from the time a new payment is received.

Access to services is denied if:

• account balance is zero or negative (it is frozen).
  After a deposit to the balance, access to services is automatically re-activated.
• payment time period has expired.
  Remaining balance is nonrefundable!

Access is automatically restored after a deposit to the balance.
Receipt of payment is indicated in the user’s electronic account. Balance status is indicated in Personal Office, which is accessible even if access to Internet services is denied.

If an account is not re-activated within 90 days from the time access was denied, it is deleted from the system. Any remaining balance is nonrefundable.

Choosing a Rate Plan

When you choose one of the existing rates, either “Vsegda” or “Inogda” you can connect to the Golden WiFi network anywhere that Golden WiFi billing zone is available.

Please note that you can create an account and register even if your balance is not sufficient to begin using Golden WiFi services. For instance, you may register for the “Vsegda” rate using a 100-ruble payment card. Your account will be created, but you will be able to work in Golden WiFi only when your balance is 500 rubles or more.

Changing Rate Plans

You can change your rate plan in Personal Office pages.

Conditions for changing rate plans:

Choosing a Service Zone

In some places where Golden WiFi network service zones overlap, you can choose which zone you prefer to continue working in.

When switching from one zone to another, the connection is interrupted, and you will need to be authorized again. During the second authorization, please choose whichever service zone is accessible at your given location.

Attention: take special note of the SSID (identification code) of the network you are preparing to enter as the price of connection depends on the SSID selected.

Changing Service Zones

To switch to the Golden WiFi service zone:

• choose SSID Golden_WiFi;
• the previous connected will be interrupted, and you will be asked to go through a second authorization;
• after authorization, you can continue work according to the new rate (link to previous page n. 1 “Rates”)

To switch to the Golden WiFi FREE service zone:

• choose SSID Golden_WiFi_FREE;
• the previous connection will be interrupted, and you will be asked to enter the network (press the “Enter” button), where you can continue work in Golden WiFi.
